SEO and Website Testing
Our B2B service-based company wants to ensure our current website has the features and design that engages our ideal clients on our website. We want to collaborate with students to increase organic traffic to our site and determine user preferences through A / B testing. This will involve several different steps for the student, including: Conducting background research on our products and our target market. Identifying changes that will increase user activities on our website. Preparing different versions of web pages for A / B testing. Suggesting changes to increase organic traffic. Conducting tests with users and measuring which versions of web pages have higher conversions. Recommending website changes based on test results. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Implementing the recommended changes to our website.
Literature Summary Research Assistant
Our firm leads research projects on various topics each year in the fields of anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our work includes systematic reviews of relevant literature, which analyze the progression of research within these fields. We want to collaborate with students to support our literature review process on Black maternal health in Canada by categorizing papers using Google Scholar or other databases and summarizing important findings. This allows us to extract and process data more easily. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing yourself with our research and the types of papers we are interested in. Reading studies relevant to our area of research. Organizing relevant studies. Summarizing and analyzing important results from relevant studies. Bonus steps in the process includes: Working with researchers to draft a publication based on the results.
B2B Sales Process Optimization
Our company wants to improve our B2B sales process and increase overall sales and revenue. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations and new training materials. Based on research and best practices, you will develop new sales scripts for our team to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current B2B sales process by reviewing our current process and scripts. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Creating recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating a sales process handbook.
Business Development Associate
We seek support with our Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales and Marketing Strategy . The student will contact Human Resources managers and senior executives in businesses and not-for-profit organizations across Ontario. The student will call and/or email these leaders introducing MVD Consulting Inc. and explaining MVD Consulting Inc.’s diversity, equity and inclusion, research and evaluation services, and explain how the firm can help them. The student will book free consultations with our CEO.

We are seeking support with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analysis . The student will complete an analysis of the company's websites and content to ensure maximum visibility in search engine results. The student will use various SEO tools and techniques that will result in high-quality organic traffic to our websites and ensure we reach our target audience. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting keyword research to determine the most relevant and high-value terms and phrases our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements for us to rank in the top 20 of a Google search. Generating SEO reports and monitoring the performance of organic searches. Analyzing the structure and design of our websites to ensure optimal SEO performance.
