The student will contact Human Resources managers and senior executives in businesses and not-for-profit organizations across Ontario. The student will call and/or email these leaders introducing MVD Consulting Inc. and explaining MVD Consulting Inc.’s diversity, equity and inclusion, research and evaluation services, and explain how the firm can help them. The student will book free consultations with our CEO.
The Business Development Associate will:
- Work with the CEO to develop the sales approach for strategic and/or contractual clients.
- Call qualified prospects to determine their interest in our services using the provided script and templates.
- Book consultations with the CEO using Calendly and Zoom.
- Follow-up with qualified prospects and clients to answer any other questions, as needed.
- Develop a positive rapport with prospective clients by answering their questions and providing them with additional information, as required.
- Gather information regarding their needs, current practices, and expectations.
- Maintain electronic records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements.
The CEO will support the student through regular meetings and check ins, providing access to data, and project management tools.
